The Favorites List
The Favorites list is found on the Caregivers tab. It has three areas:

Invitations are listed at the top. These have been sent, but have not been accepted yet. You should reach out to the person to see if they got the email or text. Invitations are valid for 7 days.
The Invite Button (top and bottom) invites people to become favorites
The list of Favorites who can call your Loved One.

How to Invite a Favorite By Email
Start by tapping "Invite" or "Add more Favorites". The first time you do this, you will be asked to give permission to access your contacts. Once you've granted permission, the screen will come back to the Caregiver tab and you will need to tap "Invite" again.
| You have 2 ways to send the invitation.
By Email In the top box, type in the email address and then tap Invite.
By Text
If your contact has more than one phone number, you'll be asked to pick the mobile one. |
| We'll check to see if the person is already an ONSCREEN user, and if not, we'll start the invitation process. Invitations will come directly from you, either from your email or text client on your phone.
Tap Yes to open up the email client (if you entered an email) or the Messaging client (if you selected a contact with a phone number). |
| The message is already set to go, or you can add a personal message.
They will be instructed to install the app, which they can do directly in the App Store or Google Play. For their convenience, we include a link that will take them directly to the right store and to our download page.
There is an easy to remember, 4 character invitation code in the message. They should note this.
Once they get the app installed, they should open the app. |
| When they open up the app, they should tap the "I have an invitation code" button |
| On the screen, they enter the code from the email or text and click 'Continue'. |
| They just need to fill in some details so we can create an account for them. Once they click Sign Up, we'll connect their account to be able to call your Loved One. |
 | Automatically, they will go to this tab and be able to tap the video icon to have a video call with your Loved One or tap the chat symbol to send messages and photos. |
Invite as many friends and family as you like! The bigger the circle of Favorites, the more calls your Loved One will get and the happier they will be!
