Changing Profile Details

You can update or change details for your loved one or yourself on the Profile tab.

If you'd like to change details like the phone number to call for your loved one or the topics you'd like Joy to discuss with them, use the Profile tab. It is also the place to go to change your details, or set up receiving summaries after a call.

Changing your information by typing in field and clicking "Update Profile"

  • Your name

  • Your phone number

  • Accepting SMS messages (or uncheck to stop accepting SMS messages)

Use the buttons (you'll need your password)

  • Change email

  • Change password

Tap "Caregiver - (your name)"

  • Loved One's name (first, last)

  • Loved One's phone number

  • Location (zip code or city, state)

  • birthday (type or use picker)

Tap "Loved One (their name)"

Adding, changing information to help Joy personalize her calls.

Type in the boxes and click "Update Profile"

Setting which notifications to receive about this loved one (disabled if SMS not accepted)

  • Loved one has missed their call

  • Loved one's response seems urgent

  • Loved one is asking for something Joy can't help with (eg changing a lightbulb)

  • A summary after every call.

If you select a summary and another type, you will get two texts when triggered.
