How It Works
Caregiver logs into the JoyCalls Home screen.
Schedules a call (type, day/time).
Joy makes the call and interacts with the loved one.
Call results (e.g., wellness check answers) are recorded and viewable by the caregiver.
Loved one can also call Joy directly at any time. Joy will answer with the same warm, natural voice β just like picking up a phone call from someone they know.
