When to Add the Loved One
Normally, you would add the Loved One right after creating your own login and password (or signing up with Google or Facebook). If you didn't complete adding your Loved One at that time, you can still add them.
What You’ll Need
Your login and password.
Care receiver’s first and last name
Phone number (mobile or landline)
Zip code or city and state (for timezone accuracy)
Steps
Log in to your JoyCalls dashboard.
You should be redirected to Step 1 of adding a Loved One.
Complete Steps 1 through 5 and you will have added your Loved One.

The zip code or City, State information helps Joy know the local time for scheduled calls, and adds a personal touch to the experience.

After entering your information and submitting it:
Your trial will start immediately and be directed to the JoyCalls home screen.
You won’t be charged until the trial period ends

A General Friendly Visit call will automatically be scheduled on our end as your first session. From the home screen, you can schedule future calls, review past calls, update your profile information, and manage your subscription plan.
