On the front of the ONSCREEN Moment device, find the button with a phone handset icon. This is the dedicated Call button for placing calls to the designated caregiver.

Placing a Call

Handling Incoming Calls

If there's an incoming call, your loved one can cancel it by pressing either the Call button or the Power button.
