After you first set up the Spark, the device may start to update itself to our latest version. This is normal, and it will ensure that your device has all the latest and greatest updates from ONSCREEN. Please do not unplug or do anything with the device until it has completed the update process.

After the update is complete, you may need to log in again with your QR code. Simply open your ONSCREEN App, click on Device, and select "Set up an ONSCREEN Spark
device on my TV" to generate the QR code again.
