Yes, the person you're calling can simply use their smartphone or tablet to answer your ONSCREEN call.

Here's how it works:

You can choose to call anyone from your Contacts. When the person you're trying to call doesn't have an ONSCREEN device, you will be able to send them a text message with a link to download the ONSCREEN app from their app store.

Once they download the app on their phone, they can sign up for an ONSCREEN account, and then they will be on available for you to call them. You will receive a push notification when they join.

Now, you can call them again and you will see them on your TV, while they see you on their mobile device. Standard data rates may apply if using cellular service.
