Common Issues & Fixes
1. Loved One didn’t answer:
Ensure their phone is on and not on Do Not Disturb. If they have a landline, try that.
Ensure the phone number on the Profile screen under the tab "Care Receiver" is correct for them.
If they let it ring through to voicemail, you should have a notification that voicemail was reached.
2. Joy didn’t call at the right time:
Check the Profile screen under the tab "Care Receiver" has their Zip Code or City, State correct.
Check that the time for the Scheduled call is for their local time. Use Edit button to correct it.
3. Call dropped mid-conversation:
There is a time limit per calls. Is this being exceeded? Contact support if it happens repeatedly.
4. Loved one says Joy isn't talking about their interests:
Put more relevant topics in the Profile to jumpstart Joy's knowledge of your loved one.
Joy will start to remember previous conversations, and does get better.
