Caregivers: if you've tried to send invitations by text from an iPhone, you may have noticed some new behavior. Apple has made changes to the way permissions work and it is easy to correctly set the behavior.
Problem: after clicking the Invite button on the Caregiver tab, you expect to see your contacts listed and be able to select any of them. But instead you see either no contacts or only a few:
The left shows the Contacts permission is set to 'none' and the right shows when its set to limited and you've picked only a few contacts. If a contact you are looking for is not shown, and doesn't get found by our Search Address Book, this can be fixed.
Solution: You can select "ok" on the left to go to Settings, or go there by opening Settings, go to the bottom where it says "Apps" and in the list of your apps tap ONSCREEN.
Tap "Apps" in Settings (scroll to the bottom) | Select ONSCREEN from list of all apps | Select Contacts | Contact permissions |
Select one of "Limited Access" or "Full Access"
Full Access: ONSCREEN will show all your contacts and let you send invites to any of them.
Limited Access: You will add only the contacts you want ONSCREEN to access, so be sure to select anyone who will need a text invitation.

Limited first shows who is included. Click Edit to add more. | Once you've selected everyone, click Done. | Selecting Full Access pops up a confirmation window. |
βResult: Now you can select from the Limited list or anyone in your contacts if you gave Full Access.
With Full access the entire Contact list is available | If you select a contact with more than one number, select the mobile number | We'll first check to see if they have ONSCREEN. If not, say Yes here. | Your Text app will open with a unique link for only this one person. Do not copy paste it to others. |
Remember - ONSCREEN does not access your Contact list for any other purpose. We do not save it or copy it off your phone. Your information stays private.
