When Does the ONSCREEN device Ship?

We ship business days (Monday to Friday) when the order is ready and you have confirmed the configuration over the phone with us. You will notice that when you submit your order, you will get a request to set up a call with us to confirm. On that call, we'll make sure ONSCREEN is right for your situation. We will confirm the internet setup and the TV config so there are no surprises. Please call or set up an appointment as soon as possible.

How Do You Ship the ONSCREEN device?

We use UPS Ground for standard shipping. This typically takes 3-4 business days to destinations in the US.

Can I Get Expedited Shipping?

Yes, after placing your order send us an email or call to expedite shipping. We will charge the non-refundable cost to your credit card.

Who Pays If I Want to Return the Unit?

Your activation fee includes shipping fees for both ways, so ONSCREEN covers the cost of returning the unit at the end of your trial or subscription.
