Calling in to the ONSCREEN device from the mobile app (no limit on number of people using the mobile app)
Calling from the ONSCREEN device to the mobile app
Auto-answering calls on the ONSCREEN device
Daily updates from the ONSCREEN device
Playing YouTube videos on the ONSCREEN device
AI Companion usage
Zoom meeting usage (Zoom may charge a separate fee for their account usage)
The subscriber is responsible for
a device charge of $120 if service is canceled and the device is not returned
At the subscriber's request, expedited shipping can be arranged and charged to the subscriber. This varies depending on service requested.
