Some TV's handle switching from one source (like our video call) to another (like going back to your external Roku) better than others. We've created this article to help you manage some of the more detailed settings of some TVs. If you're still having trouble, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Important: These are TV based settings, so you should use the TV remote to navigate the TV settings.
Roku (both Roku manufactured or Roku operating system)
On Roku based TVs, the setting is under Display Type. You should set it to 1080p (not automatic).
Samsung
If you've set the HDMI port to the ONSCREEN device and have no signal and/or a message about 'adjusting picture quality' your Samsung may be set wrong. You can use the Samsung TV's remote to change the settings for the input.
The setting for HDMI UHD Color needs to be "off" for our HDMI port. Here are the instructions from Samsung, choose the "off" setting.

Sony Bravia
On Sony Bravia, they have a feature called VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) which makes video for gamers smoother. Follows these steps to help the TV sync to the HDMI signal when we go from a video call back to HDMI In.

| Press Channels & Inputs and then External Inputs |
| Go down to HDMI Signal format and then over to the HDMI port ONSCREEN is using |
| For the ONSCREEN HDMI port, make sure Standard format is selected. Exit the menu. |
LG
On TV settings menu, go to External Devices > HDMI > select port ONSCREEN is in.
Turn "Deep Color" off.
