If you've set the HDMI port to the ONSCREEN device and have no signal and/or a message about 'adjusting picture quality' your Samsung may be set wrong. You can use the Samsung TV's remote to change the settings for the input.
The setting for HDMI UHD Color needs to be "off" for our HDMI port. Here are the instructions from Samsung, choose the "off" setting.
