If you find that you need to switch the network for your ONSCREEN device, this can be accomplished from your ONSCREEN App with the following steps:
If you are a caregiver:
- Open the ONSCREEN App 
- Make sure you're on the Caregiver Tab 
- Tap on the word "Settings" which is right under "You are the caregiver of <Name>" 
- On the next screen, scroll to the bottom 
- Tap "Reset ONSCREEN Device" 
This will reset the device within 30 seconds, and you can now give it new wifi information.
If you are NOT a caregiver:
- Open the ONSCREEN App 
- Click the Device Tab at the bottom 
- At the bottom of the screen, you should see a red "Reset ONSCREEN device" link-button 
- Tap that, and the ONSCREEN device will restart and go back to the QR Code screen 
- Then you will be back to the screen that says "Let's connect your..." 
- Enter the appropriate network (it will default to the one that your phone is connected to) and network password, and the app will generate a new QR code 
- Show the QR code to the device's camera, and voila -- you should now be connected to the new network.
