If you find that you need to switch the network for your ONSCREEN device, this can be accomplished from your ONSCREEN App with the following steps:
If you are a caregiver:
Open the ONSCREEN App
Make sure you're on the Caregiver Tab
Tap on the word "Settings" which is right under "You are the caregiver of <Name>"
On the next screen, scroll to the bottom
Tap "Reset ONSCREEN Device"
This will reset the device within 30 seconds, and you can now give it new wifi information.
If you are NOT a caregiver:
Open the ONSCREEN App
Click the Device Tab at the bottom
At the bottom of the screen, you should see a red "Reset ONSCREEN device" link-button
Tap that, and the ONSCREEN device will restart and go back to the QR Code screen
Then you will be back to the screen that says "Let's connect your..."
Enter the appropriate network (it will default to the one that your phone is connected to) and network password, and the app will generate a new QR code
Show the QR code to the device's camera, and voila -- you should now be connected to the new network.
