A lot of our customers want to try out the product at their home, before they set it up for their loved ones (parents, grandparents, etc). This is perfectly fine, and it's easy to resolve this.
Option 1 - Still at your residence
Once you've finished trying out ONSCREEN at your home, and you're ready to move it to your loved one, you should "reset" the device. To do this, follow these steps:
From the Caregiver tab, click "Settings"
Then scroll to the bottom
Find "Reset ONSCREEN Device" and tap this option
Wait until the ONSCREEN resets, and it shows the "Let's Connect Your Network" screen again.
Option 2 - From your loved one's residence
If you've set up the device at your loved one's home, but the TV displays "Let's Connect Your Network", you will need to reset it from the mobile app side as well. Simply follow the instructions above to reset the device.
Now you'll be able to enter new WiFi info and connect the device.
