Help: I need the QR code again

The TV is showing the "Let's Connect Your Network" or "Let's Connect Your Account" but I don't know how to generate the QR code.

Use the following instructions to reset the device and regenerate the QR code:

  1. In the mobile app, go to the Caregiver Tab

  2. Tap on Settings at the top

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen

  4. Tap "Reset ONSCREEN device (be careful)"

  5. Tap "Continue"

This will then prompt you to enter the Wifi Name and Password again, and allow you to generate a new QR code. Show the QR code to the ONSCREEN device camera. This will pair your device and your mobile app, and you should be all set.
