  1. Check and ensure that the power is on and that you see a blue light on the camera.

  2. Make sure that the camera cover is open by sliding it to the right.

  3. The ONSCREEN Spark uses an HDMI cable to connect to your TV, so if you're having any problems seeing the content from the Spark, it could also be related to this.

  4. First, check the connections on both the Spark and the TV to ensure that the cable is properly plugged in. Then, ensure that your TV is on the correct HDMI port.

  5. Try turning the TV on/off.
