  1. Check and ensure that the power is on and that you see a blue light on the camera.

  2. Make sure that the camera cover is open by sliding it to the right.

  3. The ONSCREEN device uses an HDMI cable to connect to your TV, so if you're having any problems seeing the content from the ONSCREEN device, it could be related to this.

  4. First, check the connections on both the ONSCREEN device and the TV to ensure that the cable is properly plugged in. Then, ensure that your TV input source is on the correct HDMI port.

  5. If your ONSCREEN device has 2 HDMI ports, make sure you've plugged the cable into the HDMI OUT port, and that cable also connects to the TV HDMI port.

  6. Try turning the TV off and then turning it back on.
