This error code usually means that the network password is incorrect. We recommend that you verify that the Network Name (SSID) and Password work correctly and try it again. If you still aren't able to connect, you should also reboot (power cycle) the device and try again. A couple of extra tips:
Please be mindful Passwords are CaSe SeNsItIvE and must be absolutely correct.
Watch out for Ls (l) and 1s that look alike, 0s and Os.
