How the Subscription Works
The JoyTablet subscription is purchased and managed through the ONSCREEN Family app by the caregiver. Subscription options are not managed directly from the JoyTablet app on the tablet.
New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, billing continues monthly at $9.99 per month.
You may be prompted to start your subscription when you first try to use JoyTablet or one of its connected caregiver features.
