Troubleshooting: The mobile app is not taking my Order ID and Email

We apologize about any confusion around this topic. To resolve this problem, please follow these steps:

  1. Activate your ONSCREEN Trial subscription by going to one of these locations:

    1. If you purchased from onscreeninc.com, go to: https://activate.onscreeninc.com

    2. If you purchased from Amazon, go to: https://amazon.onscreeninc.com

  2. Complete the signup on that form to start your 30 day free trial.

    1. Enter the Order ID that is included in your ONSCREEN package.

    2. Use the same email address that you used to purchase the product.

    3. If desired, you can use a different credit card for the subscription than the product purchase.

  3. Once this is complete, the mobile app will accept your Order ID and email address.

    1. Make sure to use the exact same email address and Order ID from the activation page.
